About Texas Harley-Davidson

In 1988, Texas Harley-Davidson was formed to take advantage of the growing demand for Harley-Davidson products.  Don Smith, owner of the business, has been involved in the motorcycle industry since 1968.  The original location of Texas Harley-Davidson was on Abrams Street in Arlington, Texas.  In January of 1990, Texas Harley-Davidson relocated to our present location, between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas.

We have had continued growth from day one.  Texas Harley-Davidson supports and sponsors many motorcycle related activities to enhance our image.  Texas Harley-Davidson is very proud of the fact that we carry Harley-Davidson motorcycles exclusively, the Great American Motorcycle.  Our Dealership has received the Bar and Shield Circle of Excellence Award, and the Outstanding Police Service Awards from Harley-Davidson, Inc.  These and other awards are a result of the Texas Harley-Davidson mission statement, "Constant and Never-Ending Improvement".

We have grown from a four employee store in 1988 to an over forty employee store today.  Our first location was a 5,000 square foot facility.  Today we have 5 acres of land with over 33,000 square feet of space.  Additionally, we are adding 10,000 more square feet to bring the total to 43,000.  This will be complete in May, 2008.

We continue to grow our business by meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.  We are the "Right Place with the Right Price".  Let us prove this to you.
